Shipping Times Starting to Normalize

We are pleased to announce that shipping times are beginning to shorten and are close to normal service times. Recently, average shipping times had increased due to several changes in shipping, packaging and customs requirements and efforts to improve airport security, but recent packages have been much quicker.

We are also seeing an increased frequency and immediacy of tracking updates for orders shipped via EMS Speed Post. That said, in certain situations, it may still take up to a week to get any tracking data for a package.

Note that for the time being we are shipping all orders via EMS Speed Post, free of charge, in order to shorten delivery times as much as possible.

Important Notice Regarding the Airport Security, Shipment Delays and Free EMS Shipping

We are currently shipping all orders via EMS Speed Post, free of charge, in order to shorten delivery times as much as possible.

Recent events and a push towards improving airport security have brought forth increased cargo checks and substantially longer times for packages to clear customs. In consequence, shipping times are longer than the average services times stated.

Unrelated to the abovementioned, we are temporarily shipping orders in batches, 1-2 times a week, due to recent changes in FDA and customs requirements. Shipping should return to its normal frequency by the end of the month.

Note that even with express shipping, orders may still take 20-25 business days to be delivered.

Important Notice Regarding Recent Orders and Shipment Delays

During the past month, an industry-wide issue has affected our suppliers and lead to extended delivery times with certain delays reaching 3 weeks. Although the situation is mostly resolved, you may still experience slightly longer than normal shipment times.

We are deeply regretful for the inconvenience this may have caused and would like to offer all our clients free EMS shipping until March 31st, 2014.
